Super Spanish concept. Anchovies on butter on a toast ( a must), 10000 types of olives, combos… all the weird shit we eat for aperitivo in Spain. If you don’t like vinegar stay away from it.

Oldest restaurant in the world according to who the fuck knows. They have all the traditional dishes any foreigner would think they are gross. Cochinillo, baby lamb… the wine cellar is amazing. Just get drunk and try some chicken intestines

Biggest “cool” club in Madrid. They do a lot of live shows (concerts) w international singers. They do have tech house sessions. The space is actually amazing. The crowd depends on the line up. From narcos to 18 year old white boys who’s main goal in life is to become a rapper
