toast
sooo simple, toast your bread, fry an egg (don''t forget the salt and pepper) smash your avo and spread it in your toast, add juicy tomato slices on the top !!
same but different
classic Avocado toast, hard boiled egg and two of your favorite fruits.
oatmeal pancakes
use oatmeal flour, an egg and calculate the milk till you get the desired consistency. Greek yogurt and a fruit on the side never fails !!

chicken salad
Quick and simple, chop up your lettuce, type of cheese and adding other veggies is up to you ! cook your chicken and you''re done.
egg and Tuna combo
Protein bowl !! cook your egg, use your favorite Tuna brand, cut up your veggies like cucumber, celery, lettuce, etc.
snacks ( ´-ω-)
pb banana toast
soo easy and delicious. Toast your bread, spread your favorite brand of pb, slice up some banana to put on top and cover it with cinnamon yummm
cream cheese bagel
great option if you're lazy like me. Air fry your bagel, spread your favorite cream cheese (i like the ones from trader joes) and adding cucumber it's a great choice !! add salt or chili if you want the salty version hehe
rice cakes
3 ingredients !! your favorite rice cake brand, your fav yogurt too (i like trader joes honey Greek yogurt) strawberries and there you have it !

fresh salad
what can I say? Low cal and super tasty I use, Avocado, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, Persian cucumber, arugula, lettuce, salt and lime juice. Don't forget to give it a good mix and eat this before anything else in your plate !!
