Stretch your body
As soon as you get up, raise your hands up, bend your legs and let your muscles relax. (Approx. 5min)
Make the bed
Make the bed, change the sheets and pillowcases if necessary. Let your child rest first, it is not advisable to make the bed as soon as you get up. Take your time and enjoy the process of making your bed. Think about your future self! (Approx. 5min)
Skin and bodycare
I try to keep it light, just some cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen. Same for the bodycare. (15 min)
Drink a glass of water
It is important to drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. It is necessary for our body. You can go get it in the kitchen, or leave a vase of water the night before. (Approx. 3min)
Pray or meditate
Regardless of your religion or if you are agnostic, it is important to take a moment of silence in our lives and just connect with our inner voice. (Approx. 10 min)
Workout
I do some basic exercises to keep me toned and flexible. (30 min)
Organize day
Check what I couldn't do the day before, check mails and messages, list everything including home chores and hangouts. (15 min)
Eat breakfast
The most important moment is the meal. Try to give your body a balanced and healthy diet. Enjoy your meal!
