Having a strict sleep schedule

I’m aiming for around 8-9 hours of sleep every night to begin with as I easily fall behind on my sleep!!
My schedule will look like this during the week:
- In bed by 10:30pm, asleep by 11pm
-First alarm at 7am, out of bed by 7:30am

With my housemates, we’re going to host monthly themed dinners & bring a plus one to each dinner! I’m excited for this because i love cooking for my friends and planning meals

This isn’t even an option, it’s a MUST!! So much chiller & nicer than going out clubbing & I adore myself a cheeky pint of cider🤗
Inviting my friends on long walks

I tend to go by myself on my long walks at the weekends, but this year I’m planning to invite some friends to make it into a weekly routine!
