The best version of yourself

Journal it or make a vision board of how you envision yourself. Is she elegant, graceful, sexy, strong, soft, funny? What are her daily habits? how does she move? How does she speak ?

Ditch what no longer serves you. Doesn’t matter if it’s big or small. Unfollow people that don’t make you feel inspired or don’t add something valuable to your new version Make a list of all your habits from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to sleep. Rate them, if they are positive, negative or neutral. Start slowly replacing your negative habits for positive ones. Ex: if you don’t exercise start with only walking for five minutes and slowly increase the time

Set up a space that will inspire the new version of you. Start with one thing in your room, like a drawer or a book shelf. Review each thing and decide if you need it, you want it or if it holds sentimental value. If not then decide if you will donate it, get rid of or if it goes in the trash

This takes a lot of practice and practice. I still struggle with it. But just remember, you have to be your number one supporter. A tip that helped me is to imagine I’m talking to a loved one (boyfriend, best friend, siblings, parents, etc), you would try to be gentle with them, so fu the same for you. Be kind to yourself, listen or read positive affirmations very day

Imagine someone is filming your daily life, act as if others are watching to learn from you and your routines. Do your routines with intention and to feel good about yourself. Not everything has to have a use, you can have things in you routine just because you like them and make you feel like you put more effort

Talk like you are already there. Move like you own the place. Think like you are the best possible version that exists of you. Believe that the person you are today is capable of reaching your best version. Don’t discourage yourself just because you had a bad day, or a bad week. Move one and continue to work on your self

You don’t have to be perfect, just be consistent with you actions. If by any chance you skip one day of your habits don’t let it happen for a two days in a row. It can be anything: you eating habits, your workouts, studying, skincare routine. Just start somewhere

Small steps at a time will help you so much to achieve your goals. You can start with one small habit at a time, here are a few examples: - Start by making your bed every day - washing your face every night - dink one glass of water when you wake up - walk for 10 minutes - read a page of the book your currently reading - turn off your phone for 10 minutes - add 1 vegetable to your breakfast - organize 5 items in your room

If you are a morning person go to sleep earlier so yo have a good night sleep and the energy to get up. If you are a night person and stay up late to do your activities, don’t force yourself to get up at 6 am. What matters is that you are productive and feel energized throughout your routine Make sure that you stay consistent with the routine you plan You can also write it down in a journal so you have it mapped out

This took me a lot of trials and errors to get right. I would always try to overachieve and ended up feeling awful if I did not meet my goals. Start small and build up as you go. Start with one thing and once you get the hang of it then add another goal a bit more challenging

It can be anything, from a a sweet treat, a nice dinner, a spa day, getting you nails or hair done, going on a trip, shopping for something you have on your wish list. Whatever feels good to you.

This will help you be more conscious and intentional with your actions. It can also to be more empathetic to yourself and others.

I won’t lie, it is very hard to let go of these things, I still struggle with some of these, but taking small steps at a time will make a change sooner or later. Substitute them for other things, like reading, meditating, going out for a walk, etc.

- what time do you get up? - what is the first thing you are going to do and when?(Journal, exercise, meditation, eating breakfast, skin care, etc.) - set priorities: health, fitness, school, work, family, friends, a relationship, personal time (whatever you wants to focus on. Choose 2 or 3 to start ) - start to incorporate this habits, priorities and rituals in to you daily life - if you are close to reaching one of your goals, the look for ways to clean or perfect what you already do

It’s hard to keep track of everything. Using trackers, planners and lists will help a lot in knowing you goals, what you have to do, your habits, what activities you have planned

It can be anything - a morning routine - a diet - a night routine - a workout plan - a mental health plan Just set things that you are going to set in stone
