Reading more physical literature

Being offline on purpose
Phone away for parts of the day.
Strenght training (weights)
Lifting heavier.
Morning without phone (at least 30 minutes)
No dopamine hits after waking up.
Taking more italian lessons
Once a week instead twice a month.
Writing things down immediately
Not trusting memory
Stretching
Pre and post workout
