âą 1/4 cup of milk

450 gr de harina.
125 gr de Mantegilla o Margarina.
62 gr de Alulosa o Tagatosa.
1 huevo a temperatura ambiente.
62 gr de miel.
1/2 cdta de nuez moscada, canela, jengibre, clavo de olor y polvo de hornear.
Horno a 200 grados por 6 minutos.

Ingredientes masa:
- Harina 500 Gr (4 tazas)
- Sal 1,5 Gr Una Pizca Grande
- AzĂșcar 100 Gr (un poco menos de media taza)
- Levadura fresca 20 Gr (1 cucharada grande colmada prensada) y en seca 10 gr (1 cucharada bien colmada)
- Huevo 1 Unidad
- Esencia de Vainilla 2,5 ml (1/2 cucharadita)
- Agua 200 ml (1 Taza no muy llena)
- Mantequilla 100 Gr (un poco menos de media taza)
Relleno del Pan:
- Pan molido 150 Gr (1 taza MĂĄs tres cucharadas)
- Chocolate en polvo 150 Gr (1 taza mĂĄs tres cucharadas)
- AzĂșcar 100 Gr (un poco menos de 1/2 taza)
- Harina 30 Gr (1/4 de taza)
- Leche 150 MI (1/2 taza mĂĄs tres cucharadas)

- 150 gr de harina de trigo
- 80 gr de azĂșcar
- esencia de vainilla

hornear a 200 °C x 10-15 min

3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 eggs, beat them before adding them to the mix
1/4 cup melted butter
1 3/4 cups of milk
Pre heat oven to 350 F or 175 C
For muffins:
1 3/4 cups of flour
3/4 cups of sugar
3/4 cups of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
15 oz of pumpkin puree (around half a can)
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- mix oil and sugars
- add eggs, vanilla extract and pumpkin puree
- combine all the other dry ingredients and then add to mix
For Cream Cheese Filling:
4 oz of cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of flour
1 teaspoon of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- pipe the filling and place in the center of the muffins before baking
- bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
