With our thumb, block the right nostril π
Breathe in through the left nostril, release the thumb and with your ring finger, block the left nostril. π Breathe out through the right nostril, breathe in through that same nostril, block again with the thumb the right nostril. Release the ring finger, and breathe out through the left nostril. Breathe in through the left nostril. Block with the ring finger and release through the right nostril.
Repeat each cycle (breathe in/out through different nostrils) x 10 times out of
