rants about kpop cause now I'm an adult and I can see the problems in this industry

I think I'll always hate the new era of kpop because this genre was one of the best because it was so unique and so different from what America was always trying to make us swallow. Kpop was its own genre, experimental, that had a little bit of everything and was a lot of fun. Now it's just about who's the best, who breaks the most records, who has the most numbers on the charts. In fact, before we had that, but we had talent. Now there are only talentless people wanting to be the new hit. So I think all my resentment towards the new generations is simply the mourning of real kpop having ended when the new generation emerged.

"There’s this thing in psychology I learnt about that falls in line with what you said about Lisa fans viewing stanning her being a social justice cause. Genuinely bad people will jump on noble causes - like lgbt+ rights, or a political standpoint, or hell even stanning Lisa - and use the fact that they support said cause as a golden ticket to prove they’re a good person. They convince themselves if they support something good that means they’re good. Rather than doing any sort of self-reflection or introspection to grow as a person. And then they support their cause in the most egregious, toxic, violent ways because their identity revolves around this cause. A lot of them don’t actually think twice about what it is they’re supporting they just need an excuse to spill their toxicity into the world in a way that they can pass off as being okay.

I find it shocking that current bp fans are shocked at how bad this tour is. Their tours have never been good since their debut. What makes it even more embarrassing now is that they simply no longer hide that they don't want to be together. I have no doubt that when the contract ends, they will disband. And honestly, it's better this way. They already have their solo careers established.
