INGREDIENTS:
The Dough:
60 g | greek yoghurt
60 g | all purpose flour
1 tsp | baking powder

The Filling:
1,5 tsp | stevia
1 tsp | cinnamon powder

Step-To-Step:
1. preheat oven to 180 C
2. combine greek yoghurt, flour and baking powder in a bowl
3. on a floured surface make into a dough and roll thinly flat into a rectangular shape
4. in a small bowl, combine the stevia and cinnamon
5. spread across the dough
6. roll into a log and slice into 7-8 pieces
7. in an oven safe dish, place the rolls with the side facing upwards
8. bake for 10-20 mins
