Writing style is incredibly difficult to get used to, seems like a wattpad story with badly translated English. But the second half of the book gets really good; i was quite invested in how their relationship was developing. The last few chapters were the most interesting and content heavy, especially because the depth of Tristan's character was revealed. However the author clearly hasnt done proper research on the topics she writes about, because they are written about in a very shallow manner. It is evident she has no clue about computer science or coding, nor is she capable of portraying proper intelligence in the mfc, even though its constantly stated. Apart from that, the interactions between the two main characters are shallow and basically nonexistent. They never talk to each other. No one in this book talks to each other. Im not kidding 3 sentences of speech is already a miracle. All thats happening between the two are super intense stares. And all we read about throughout the whole book is how piercing blue his gaze is, how much the girl hates her life, and occasionally how hard his muscles are. I'm not gonna be continuing this series; I can't get used to her writing style, even though I hear the next books are great.
