Make a exercise plan that suits you. Start small and work your way up.
Practice good posture is a must everyday every minute counts.

Establish the main health habits at first. 7-9 hours of sleep, 2 liters of water, 30 minutes of movement, 1 hour of learning. And then build the rest on.

Figure out your goals and think about how you will reach them

It's alright to take rest days. avoid the mindset of all or nothing, 1 day isn't bad. Acknowledge if you are sick and focus on resting.
Read more. 5 pages is enough, just make it a habit since you cant avoid reading your entire life. Get better at it maybe even enjoy it.
