6:00 am wake up

6:35-7:00 light workout
helps you feel energized!
7:00-7:15 quick shower
just to freshen up
7:20 eat breakfast
make sure to eat something healthy!
7:30-12 go on with your day
make sure to avoid snacks
12:00-12:30 eat lunch!
drink tons of water too
12:30-6:30 you do you
enjoy your day!
6:30-7:15 eat dinner!
