Hi, this is a perfect morning routine. It's something that you can do too. However, keep in mind that every day is different. So it's okay not to do everything. Use them as you like and in the order you want. Good day.π€
Stretch your body
As soon as you get up, raise your hands up, bend your legs and let your muscles relax. (Approx. 5min)
Drink a glass of water
It is important to drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. It is necessary for our body. You can go get it in the kitchen, or leave a vase of water the night before. (Approx. 3min)
Comb your hair and wash your face

Make the bed
