Be kind to your future self
Remember that when you do a task now, youâre making things easier for your future self. You might not want to do something now but youâll want to do it even less tomorrow. Preparing your clothes/bag for the next day.. etc). Reframing a chore/preparation as âhelping your future selfâ takes off the feeling of obligation that stops us from doing things. It becomes more of an optional kind action.
