
Notes
Ingredients:
1 c butter (softened)
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbs vanilla extract
2 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 c old fashioned rolled oats (quick oats work fine too)
1 tbs ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 c raisins or chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease cookie sheets
2. In a bowl combine eggs, butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla
3. Add chocolate chips, raisins or anything else you want
4. In a separate bowl combine flour, oats, cinnamon, salt and baking soda
5. Add half the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until incorporated. Add rest of dry ingredients and mix until incorporated
6. Make 1 1/2-2 inch balls of dough and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets
7. Bake for 8-12 minutes
8. Place on cooling racks to cool (important!)
