-Check the weather there! ☀️ Try to find the best day with as little clouds as possible to be able to see the volcano.🌋 -Get dressed! Because of the altitude it gets really cold!

-Buy the tickets for the Teide cable car the first day you get there because it’s probable that they will postpone it because of the fog and clouds. Check the email in the morning! 📩 Check the weather!☀️ -First visit the Teide National Park 🏞️, then go on a cable car tour 🚠 and lastly end the day at the Mirador de Chipeque for a gorgeous sunset!🌅 -Get dressed!! It can get to 0 °C on top of the volcano! 🥶

-An 1h 30min drive from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. -Curvy road!⚠️ -Try some local fruit from a guy selling down the road.🥭 (Try a cactus fruit 🌵!!) -Enjoy the view eating something or just drinking a coffee. 🍴☕️

-Drive down the road to Los Gigantes and take a picture at this viewpoint. 📸 -Then go down to the natural pool of Los Gigantes -> specific location in another slide

On your way to Playa de Castro stop here and take a picture with the statue full of flowers. 🌺

-Go see the inside of Basilica of Candelaria. ⛪️ -Go to a near bar called Riela Social Club for a drink and a stunning view. 🍹

Walk around the city, check the small stores for souvenirs, go to see the fountain ⛲️ and the flowers. 🌺 -Go for a coffee, a good brunch and try to ride the tranvía 🚊 for the extra special experience.

-Buy a ticket on their website to pass quicker trough the line. 🎟️ (if you want to go to Siam Park as well buy the tickets together to safe money!) -Come as soon as it opens and stay the whole day. -Bring some food and water with you because it’s very expensive inside and there’s a lot of people. 🥪💧 -Check the time of the shows and organize yourself to be able to see them as many times as you want! ⏱️🐬🐳🦜🦦

-Adult ticket: 10€ 🎟️ Buy it in advance on their website or when you get there.

On your way back from Teide watch the sunset over the island and the volcano! 🌅 The clouds make it an unforgettable experience! ☁️

-Not really for swimming. 🌴🌊 -A 20min beautiful walk to the beach (a little bit hidden). 🪧

-A 15min walk down the hill (make sure to have a good shoe on!). 🦎 -No shade!🧴 -The beach is a whole vibe. 🪘🧘🏽‍♀️ -The best sunsets on the island!🌅

-A curvy road up the hill (a 40 min ride from La playa de las Teresitas). -There’s a small free parking place up the hill at the “Mirador de Playa Benijo”. -Try to visit it when it’s not to windy if you want to swim.

-Quite big waves so be careful! 🌊 -Can be crowded.

-You can walk up La Tejita (the hill) for a beautiful view. 🌵🌅 - cca. 30min walk

-Swim and enjoy the sunset!🌅 -Walk on the path around the hotels and stop at the view point called “Mirador el trio divina” for a better look of Los Gigantes. 👀

Go it a paella 🥘 in a restaurant 2 min down the beach.

Search for different hiking trails in that area. There’s different intensities so choose the one you could go on and also the landscape you would like to see. 🌵🌳🦎 Maybe start at the visitor’s center in Parque Rural de Anaga where you will get a map 🗺️ and you can decide with the help of a guide. I did the one that leads to La Piscina Natural de Bajamar and it was beautiful and moderate intensity. 🌵

Stroll the park and enjoy some calm and beauty. ⛲️🌸
