wake up : 6am every day
begin your day with 30 minutes of movement
yoga, pilates, lifting, stretching, running β you choose!
incorporate magnesium, collagen, & probiotics into your daily supplement intake
eat meals with high protein, esspecially in the morning
avacado toast with turkey, protein oats, cottage cheese & eggs, cottage cheese & fruit, chia seed pudding, etc
reduce caffeine & alchol intake/cut out completely
drink 3 liters of water daily!!
reduce sugar intake, especially in the mornings & before bed
read for 30 minutes a day
hair glaze!
get a dyed hair glaze according to your color, any hair glaze company should work. do not do this very often
teeth whitening (strips or mouth insert)
not too often for this one aswell!!
ALWAYS have your nails done/painted
if you paint them, use gel polish it will stay longer!
reduce screentime
