Gift ideas as an artist

A classic, I usually like to draw a little cake based on the birthday person taste and personality to give it a special touch and give each card a personalized essence.

Now, this is not just a drawing on a piece of paper, the trick is to put love into it and make it as pretty as possible. Pretty doesn't always mean a GREAT PIECE OF ART TO FRAME. It can be a simple doodle but well decorated and painted or with a special message.

We all know the conventional paper flower, but there is A LOT of options, printed or drawn flowers, origami flowers, paper cube flowers (pixel art or minecraft), paper star flowers, and much more, a quick search on Pinterest and you will find more than one idea.

You can do it digitally and print it or just all with traditional materials, the doll can be the birthday person, favorite artist/character or even the person's OC if they have one.

It can be super decorated and detailed or it can be simple and minimalist, I personally prefer to base it on the person's personality and tastes.

Just making paper cubes (you can use any size), color pencils or marker and glue, you can almost make any Minecraft object.

This one requires a little more time, imagine that you are making an scrapbook page about this person, like those that are dedicated to artist or characters, and of course you need to write something, it can be a nice message or things you admire about this person, once I wrote my favorite memory with the person and put a little photo we took back them.

Of course! A mythical classic! A drawing of this person, favorite artist, favorite character, pet, favorite place, even favorite scene. I like to do my drawings thinking that this person will use it as decoration.

It is the usual congratulations sign, but with more persobality, you can add doodles, memories, easter eggs, follow the person's aesthetic. Right now I'm making a friend's birthday sign and I'm trying to make it not only festive but also cute enough so she can put it on her bedroom's wall as decoration.
