Movies to feel human 🎞️

SPOILER⚠️ The movie resonated with me a lot due to the dynamics between the main character and his daughter , since the main character is an engineer who imparts his knowledge to his daughter. I saw a lot of myself in Murph and has further fuelled my passion for STEM . I also like how the movie doesn’t establish a clear villain of the story but rather uses the forces of nature as opposition to humanity’s breakthrough while there is DR Mann who became a challenge it was one of the plot points that I personally don’t like very much but was really well established by making me understand and empathise with his actions. Overall 10/10 movie with amazing plot and cinematography.

You don’t really need to watch part 1 , I myself kinda went with a friend to watch part 2 and I don’t tell her I didn’t watch part 1 cus I just wanted to see the movie. You can kinda piece together what happened in 1 but it just adds way more layers and context. Really great movie and has deep insights to me about the psychology of manipulation and how important controlling narratives in our society is which can be applied to our lives as well.

A war film regarding ww2 explored through the lenses of a soldier who is tasked to deliver a message to a superior at the war front to stop the attack to save the lives of soldiers.

Haven’t watched it yet but might continue Cus my history teacher played it in class and I found the first couple of minutes pretty interesting

Super comedic and appealing if you’re the type who appreciates sarcasm and satire. I watched it during history class when we learning about Germany during the WW2 era. It really educates the audience on the impact of youth indoctrination on the young and how hard it can be to deconstruct it.

Really helped me explore my own coming to terms with becoming a young adult. The movie shows the protagonist struggling on her own in navigating her personal life with academics, future career choices , relationships and her passion for writing ✍️. This film inspires me to push forward in these next few chapters of my life. I hope it does for others as well✨(it also has that Ghibli vibe yknow)

I think this film helped me to learn to empathise a lot with others. The protagonist is a young witch who seeks to leave her town and live on her own something that I have always wanted to do. She embraces new experiences and treats others kindly promoting others to do the same for her. This movie has taught me to do the same, despite being a kids movie. It also explores themes of creative burnout, dealing with emotions and expressing ones self.🧙
