my perfect workout split

2 days of glutes
these two days i train pure strength — maximum weight, low reps, trying to reach a failure point
1 day of pull (back & biceps)
this is also a strength training, i focus it mainly on my back and a hint of biceps
1 day of functional full body
this day i use lower weight, but trunk to reach a failure point with higher reps, sometimes i introduce during the workout cardio moves :)
2 days of cycling
i go to a cycling class at bam twice a week, one during the week and another one on sundays!
minimum 10k steps per day
i try to do at least 10k steps daily, but i usually end up doing like 15k
switching things up
my non negotiable a are those 2 days of glutes and 1 day of cycling or hiit, but depending on how i feel every week i switch things up (sometimes i feel like doing a pilates class, sometimes y crave 3 days of cycling...), i find this really important as i can listen to my body and do what it needs (walking is also a non negotiable!)
